Morgan Schofield is a Nashville native and Auburn University graduate. Her background is in health & fitness, which continues to navigate the way she conducts business and lives her life—with enthusiasm and a love for living well and cultivating a healthy community. She is authentic and communicative in her work, and believes that building life-long relationships with clients is the reason for her success. For Morgan, the ideal real estate experience is one where excitement and calm intersect, where her knowledge, experience, and a hand-selected team of professionals combine to deliver the best service for her clients. Morgan has been working in real estate for just about a decade, is a partner with her brokerage at Parks Real Estate, and is looking forward to the next chapter in her career as co-owner of the Corner of Nashville team. Morgan enjoys teaching pilates, traveling, and raising her two girls with her husband, Ben.

Zach Brickner was born and raised in Nashville, TN, and graduated from Montgomery Bell Academy in 2009. He then attended the University of Colorado and graduated with a degree in Environmental Studies in 2013.

Zach has a strong leadership background stemming from being a Young Leaders Council graduate, a Leadership Institute graduate, and his tenure with the Nashville Junior Chamber Board of Governors. Since he returned to Nashville after college, he expanded his community involvement, which is evident by being awarded the Volunteer of the Year award by the Cumberland River Compact and the Member of the Year award by the Nashville Junior Chamber. Additionally, he was elected President of the Nashville Junior Chamber for the 2018-2019 fiscal year. In 2018, he was selected to be a member of Leadership Nashville and was recognized as one of Nashville's Top 30 Under 30. In 2020, he moved his real estate license to Parks Realty where he was promoted to the position of Managing Broker and Partner. Since becoming Managing Broker, his office of approximately 50 agents has sold over $500 million in real estate sales. In 2022, he authored and published the book Millennials’ Guide to Real Estate. Most recently, he was awarded Nashville's Top 40 under 40 by the Nashville Business Journal.

Liz Earle, a South Carolina native, moved to Nashville about a decade ago where she experienced first-hand the excitement of a rapidly growing city. In 2020, Liz pivoted from managing a small eCommerce business to joining Parks Real Estate as a Realtor. She believes that guiding clients on their journey to investing in themselves, and helping them find their place, is the most rewarding experience.

Liz is a creative with a talent for client relations, and experience in leading small teams. She is a fabulous shoulder to lean on, diligent in managing the transaction process, and can navigate hurdles with care.
